I wanted to let everyone know how amazing Jack and Elmira were with me this week. I am married 50 yrs this fall and wanted to incorporate my wedding rings and my mothers wedding band. I was having no luck getting it done when a friend suggested I try MJEAS jewellers. What a stroke of luck. They did exactly what I wanted, did it very quickly and the price was very reasonable. 1/3 the cost compared to stores at the OC to have one of the rings sized. I am a VERY happy customer.
The quality of workmanship and designs is outstanding. I have 3 individual pieces designed at Mjeas, and they are all stunning. Their customer service is super, and the fact they are a small, locally owned business is one of the reasons I will not go anywhere else.
Ive had a few great experiences here. Reasonable prices for repairs, but when I had 2 rings attached together, they werent centered. When I asked if they could center them, they just said it was too hard. They didnt offer to rectify the situation in any way. Im very disappointed and unfortunately wont be going back. They werent open at all to assisting and were fairly rude about it, even though I went in with kindness.
I have gone into this jewellery store for a number of years. I have found the store to be very clean and the prices are very good. The service is also excellent.Jack and Elmira are very friendly and very helpful. I have recommended this jewellery store to many of my friends. I was there today and I am very happy to know that they are both doing well.
I just need to let all know, how friendly and professional the services of Mjeas Jewellers has been. They have done a wonderful job of fixing the diamond in my ring, it is cleaned. After seeing the quality of their work, I am taking in some older Jewelry to have a custom diamond bracelet designed. I have had my watch batteries replaced and my watch and a clock repaired at Mjeas Jewellers but I had no idea as to how talented their on-site Goldsmith was. I sincerely recommend their service and collection of Jewelry to anyone in need.
