We required a hospital bed for the house and needed it fast. They were quick to sell us one and told us they would buy it back when we no longer required it. Well two weeks later when my dad passed away and only 8 days of use, they would not return our phone calls, were slow to pick up the bed and only offered us about 15% of what the bed cost and even paid cash. All terrible service post purchase and would never recommend them.
