    OMAC has been a second home for my children! The staff are incredible! My children just participated in the OMAC tournament this past weekend!! It was so successfully run! Best martial art school around.

    Small, crowded, smelly and its more of child care than martial arts school. I dont think instructors knows what they are doing. they do not know how to teach.
