My experience with this place was absolutely terrible..probably the worst business Ive ever dealt with in my lifetime. Complete attitude and disrespect from the female owner/worker (you can see the same attitude in all of the google reviews along with the responses from the company) - ironic. Prices for parts are also a lot higher than other shops. I wouldnt step foot in to this place again and their doors need to close for good.
I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.
Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. The very modest bill I paid was a big surprise, in view of all the trouble they went to for me. By the way, my mower no longer runs rough, even when it’s cold.
I had a great experience! Great and friendly service, they educated me about how to properly treat my equipment and store it. very fare prices and quick turn around. overall very impressed with the service and would highly recommend!.
Customers are NOT number 1 with either Nick or his wife. I have never been spoken to in such disregard as a customer or spoken to in such a condescending manner before by any business here in Oakville. Do not challenge them on any repair or service because they do not like dealing with an unsatisfied customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would suggest you stay clear of them.
It is unfortunate that this customer feels the way she does. After considerable effort on our part to resolve her
issues, it was deemed impossible to please her. Unfortunately there are individuals whom cannot be made happy
with any and all effort.

These guys are different ...
Very very knowledgeable and friendly people. i had a great experience with Nick and his wife. They will help you and educate you on the products as well. They really know how to please their customers!
