It was my first time at the salon so I was a little nervous. The colour and style was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Jacqueline took extra time to consult and make sure I was happy. I walked out feeling like a bombshell!!! Definetely going back.

I did not at all recieve what I asked for and it cost $440 for highlights, toner,treatment and basic dry. Charged for balayage? Asked for overall highlights, lighter level 10/11, no ash/dull, remove as much brass as possible with highlights, loghter around hairline face. I received highlights that were toned that same as what I had coming in, a darker level 8 ash all on my root(looks like a few months regrowth) that is ashy toned and still have alot of brass. Refused to fix or refund.
