I had their red beans soup , it's amazing and hot... customer service is the best compared to most Caribbean restaurant I'm definitely going back... great service !!! I would give 10stars if possible...
This restaurant has gone from really good to bad over the years...i was one of the people that has been goin to the restaurant since inception... The food was good and the portions were great in the beginning , slowly the portions got smaller and smaller and the price got more expensive. I used to go just for oxtail, first they take it off the 'special' menu which i understood.. It was expensive.. But then i recently went to buy the small oxtail, not only was the portion small, the price went higher.. They served me 5 pieces of small oxtail with possibly 4 spoons of rice for $9.00 + tax...This is the size of the special i used to buy for $6... Also, every time i went , their prices were never consistent... I complained once and the management was not very friendly or try to understand my point of view... The owner (a man) was just not a customer service oriented guy..
Honestly, I am not one of those petty ppl but i have experienced the small portions and price fluctuations not once or twice there... Last night, i vowed never to go there again cos of how i was treated ...
