Drive Test New North Bay Mall

The staff is very rude, and it’s sad to see the same people working here, continually being rude for so many years. I was doing my AZ 5 years ago and the same staff were not helpful in any way. They would tell you one thing was needed, you go get that missing piece of ID or a phone number (yes, a phone number) then they tell you something else is missing. My 16 yo was treated rudely the past 2 days, how sad. The MTO really needs to take a look at the staff in this place, but I doubt they will.

My daughter was trying to get her lisence and the staff was laughing playing on their phones and was very loud
