Got my car in for an oil change and winter tires. When I got the car back, it had fresh oil and winter tires. It was perfect. Great facilities and people.
I had an EGR and oil cooler replaced on my F350 in february 2011, The mechanic dropped an intake bolt with washer down in the head during the repair, He did not notice nor did he replace the missing bolt when he reassembled the engine, it is now June 2011 and my truck is still parked waiting on there insurance "ACE INA" to send the agreeded apon settlement cheque so I can repair it. When the settlement has been paid I will remove this!
