Been ordering from them for 20yrs. Ordered tonight and the food was tasteless crap. Called up and asked what had changed and was told a new owner runs it now. Never again!
I had Chinese food delivered by Winner House several times already and they have been very consistent so far. Food was delivered on time and was very well packed. The delivery guy was professional too.
Got food twice from this place. Was referred to by a friend. First time, the food was fabulous. The second time, we had it delivered. The food had fruit flies in it. When we called to complain they said they would be right over. 1 hour went by and they still hadn't showed up. We called again and they said that they were waiting for another order to come in our neighborhood before they would come over to handle the problem. Not impressed at all.
Ordered take out for the first time from this place. Food was great and the portions were large.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the past 17 years and was very happy with the service until last week. We placed an order and picked it up. Once we sat down to eat we found that the steamed rice that we had ordered was missing. We called back and were told that it would be delivered shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes, we decided to eat anyways. After about 40 minutes the rice still had not arrived.We called back and were told that the driver was gone. We asked what would be done and were told that no compensation would be forthcoming. We advised the staff that they had just lost a longtime customer.With the number of Chinese restaurants in our area, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
