Pho Thi Noodle Soup Restaurant

To note, this is my first Vietnamese experience. And this was take-out for two. I ordered a noodle soup dish, p22 on menu. I have to say the broth was quiet good, and its the reason it was an adequate meal. But if there is anything I look down on its places skimping out on key ingredients in the meal. If its a noodle dish, there should be plenty of noodles. That is the base of the meal. I almost thought that we didn't get noodles because you could barley see them at the bottom of the container. They were at the bottom and a fairly small portion. I noticed as I was waiting for the order that even the people being served in the establishment were receiving the same. If that was ok, I might have even given it 4. This being that I wasn't really that happy about the overall dish, There was quiet a few things in there I wasn't familiar with and they were not edible imo.

I use to LOVE this place.. now not so much.

I use to go to this plae religiously at least a couple times a week, and some weeks everyday. I usually would get the soup, but have had a number of their other dishes. As of recently the food has become very low quality. A couple times i went there was so much oil in the soup that I could not taste anything else. The bean sprouts and lime that they give seems as if it has been sitting out forever. I would not recommend this plac to someone who is looking for a quality meal.

We used to go there every week for lunch because of the close proximity from the workplace, but was very disapointed the last couple of times we went, dirty glasses and chopsticks, sprouts and limes seemed re-used, tea was cold and there was a hair in my soup, long black hair, did not mention it since everyone is sitting so close to one another I did not want to disgust the other patrons. That's another thing, the place is so small you end up getting into everyone's conversations even if you don't know them. Never going back there again.

My friend and I go there once per week a quick lunch. The service is good and fast, the food is EXCELLENT. We usually have rice noodle soup ( Chicken, shrimp or beef) or PadThi. We have never been disapointed. No sushi unfortunately, but lots of choices for soups and stir-fry.

I've been here a few times and I've always enjoyed it. Although if the restaurant was bigger it would be better.
