We took our dog for bath and brush and our dog’s face wasn’t even cleaned nor touched. We complained to the bather they said there are wipes we can buy to clean the face. Why do we pay for a service then they ask us to do it ourselves. We requested to talk to a manager and left our contact information, and they never called back. Horrible service

Rachel and Leah are excellent groomers, they give great advice and treat Buddy like their own dog, very gentle and kind, and he always looks great. Thank you!
