Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with SweetHomeSpaces and Mr. Becerra-Mayorquin. Things began well and Mr. Becerra-Mayorquin presented himself very politely. But the work seemed to be more than he was capable to handle. There were major problems with work and materials quality, multiple failed building inspections, constant unsupported demands for extra money and a work schedule that went from 6-weeks to over 15-weeks at which time he quit the job and left with our advance money.
