I was very pleased with my experience buying a reclining sofa at this store. The sales consultant gave us an opportunity to take our time to look at the products available while letting us know that she would be nearby if we had any questions. When we had issues about the size of sofa that we would like to get, she pointed out the alternatives and also showed us a varied price range.
Brad did a fantastic job helping us chose our new sofas. He was very knowledgeable with all lazy boy products/services and took the time to explain the features of each piece.
