    Quick reponse and very consultative

    I called ICE pest control to see about having birds removed from my condo balcony. Within 2 rings the phone was answered and the representative on the line immeditately took my inquiry...this was huge as I had called 3 other companies who all either put me on hold or asked me to leave a message and called me back hours later. I explained to the woman that i had pesky starlings on my balcony that i was looking to have removed. She told me to first check if the superintendent had a contract with a pest control company who could help as most times that was the case. I told her that I had done this and that the company wouldnt do it because of how thin my balcony was and how high the birds were perching (its a two storey condo). She then recommended finding out from the superintendent when the window cleaners were coming...she explained that sometimes they can can put up some wiring when they are cleaning the windows. I immediately requested this of the super and the wiring is going up in a few weeks! I really appreciated the time she took to help me with my problem regardless of whether or not I was able to use their services... Truly a great customer experience!

    Great Service

    I want to thank the team at ICE for their great service and response time. I had a raccoon in my attic and they removed it humanely and repaired the entry even better than it was before. From the great office staff to the experienced technicians, my problem was solved within 3 days. Great Job...Great company...I would highly recommend them to everyone.

    bad experience never again

    Do not call these people all they do is apologize on the the phone they never show up for an appointment i am very upset that after i paid the full amount which was a mistake they never show up to finish the job already we rescheduled four times never again.

    Natash5 We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with ICE...Unfortuneately, we have no idea who you are or what job you are referring to. When dealing with wildlife, there are a few circumstances that prevent a scheduled return trip. Weather conditions are the most common, as we work on roofs. We would appreciate a call to determine again, who you are and what you are referring to. When we have that information we will be able to rectify the problem. As we service over 200 clients a week, and have been for the past 20 years, it is important to know at what point of our program you are referring to.
