    Worst management. Reported not working electric outlets and broken appliances, not repaired until we left the building after 5 years. Indoor garage is like an abandoned building, filthy!!! Cement patches all over the walkways and driveways!

    The worst place to live supervisor very unrespectful with tenants putting so many rules but when is about us telling them something "they are always changing" but i don't see change on nothing, laundry still the same! carpets on the halls never been clean .entrance of the bulding is very slippery,

    Ive lived here fo...

    Ive lived here for 10 years and this is a great spot in mississauga. Very convenient. Lots of work being done to building. Finally a management company that really cares about the building and enforces the rules. Bad Tenants arent allowed to get away with whatever they want.

    The new managemen...

    The new management took over end of 2014 is so nice. So many improvements being completed. The supers are always busy working in the building. Yes the party room is closed but that is because of water leaking in through the foundation when it rains heavily. They said it will be all renovated and re-opened. New landscaping company trimmed all the trees and new mulch in gardens and they pick up any trash when they mow the lawn. Looks so nice! A new heated ground rear entrance is so nice in thr winter. Cleaners are here everyday and the whole building looks so nice all the time. If any mess is made anywhere it is slways cleaned up within a day. The only tenants that complain are just bitter angry people that are miserable all thr time. Come and see the building for yourself. Mike and Alex are grest supers!

    Management is ter...

    Management is terrible they do not look after their tenants when problems arise. They ignore their calls and do not respond to written requests to fix things that are broken. The supers use the party room as their own personal storage for buying storage lockers. The office is never attended. The supers also use the elevators on service all the time even in busy times sometimes have to wait 20 min for an elevator. Grounds are unkempt. Laundry room is filthy and half the washing machines don't work.

    We are very disappointed to read your poor review. Perhaps some clarification will help set matters straight. The laundry machines are owned and maintained by a third party company already under contract when Berkley assumed management of the building in 2014. Upgrading of all machines is currently underway. The grounds are cleaned each week by the lawn care company and 2/3 times per week by the supers. Our vicinity to the park combined with wind funneling between the buildings causes litter to gather against bushes, fences and walls. That being said the property is well maintained and clean with all trees trimmed summer 2015 along with new garden mulch around entire building. The elevator is often used on service during non-rush hour times by the cleaners, contractors and staff for the purposes of maintaining the building. Tenants that are home during the daytime would notice this more often. Care is taken to minimize on service time. The laundry room is cleaned every morning. Assistants live in the building and clean 5 hours everyday with the Lobby and Laundry Room as a daily priority. The party room is temporarily closed due to scheduled foundation repair in that room. It will be modernized and re-opened for tenant use. Storage lockers are being installed in the basement and available for tenant rental in 2016. Assuming management in 2014 necessary steps were taken to improve the building. As always with change a small number of tenants felt otherwise but overwhelmingly the response has been only positive. The office is open every weekday and can be contacted by phone, email or written notice. Thank you
