honestly I've been a customer for 3 years and I've never had a bad experience, excellent prices and service and amazing staff / products. Regarding to the comment Paul E made, I think his comment is kinda stupid due to the fact of the NO REFUND POLICY written in RED BOLD writing as you enter the store, + it's buyers fault for purchasing something they didn't mean to buy, be more cautious of what you buy and be aware that theres no refunds after final purchase..
