Had a bad experience here. Tim was professional and sold us on their services. He spoke very confidently but when it came after signing the contract but ended up being the worst communicator. He did not follow up on things nor did he seem keen to respond. Buyer/Seller beware when you go with Sultan Realty. Great salesmen but lacks execution.
