    Worst service and attitude from the owner. I given a suit for dry clean with small stain. He is not even bothered to say its sure it can be removed. On top that he is telling me not teach how to do business. stay away from this place.

    I went in to dry ...

    I went in to dry clean my suit on a Wednesday and told them I needed it next week for an interview. I went back on the Monday and they advised me that it's lost in the plant. So 3 weeks past and I decided to go in for a follow up. He offered me 50 dollars cash for the suit that was damaged and told me that's the price of how much the insurance is willing to pay. My suit was a tailored fit made suit which was close to $600. DO NOT GO HERE!

    Dear customer, As per dry cleaning industry standards and as per the conditions printed on your invoice, if any item is damaged by the machines the customer will receive 8 times the cost of dry cleaning the item. The cost of dry cleaning a suit two-piece suit is $6.99 ($1.99 for the pants and $5 for the suit jacket). Unfortunately, your suit jacket was damaged. The industry standard value would be $40 ($5 x 8). However, I paid an additional $10 beyond the covered value. Thank you.
