I wouldn't recommend working with Sam Renda for concrete or landscaping.
We hired him in Fall of 2022 for concrete, fence, and resodding. Phase 2 was fence and sod work which he quoted a premium rate of ~ $8000 for.
For the sod work, he blamed his crew for being continuously delayed so Sam & I agreed to cancel for a refund of ~ $2K (3rd of 4 deposits) which he never returned.
Not sure if he's having cashflow problems or something else.
I had the pleasure of doing business with Sam a few years ago, I would highly recommend him, he was very professional and prompt, they were very clean and did the waterproofing well, he took care of my problem quickly, if you need work done call Sam Renda,
