I was told my wait would only be 20 minutes and so far I’ve been here over an hour and I’m still not getting a cut.

My wife and I both got a haircut together and the lady who cut her hair said she would take three inches off and my wife told her no only two and that she wanted her bangs left the way they were. As well she said she wanted her hair layered at the back and the lady who cut it chopped her bangs majorly as well she cut way more than two inches probably closer to 3-4 inches and the haircut is not even close to layered at the back my wife left there and cried on our way home because her hair was so messed up from what she requested. Not only that my hair was not the way I had requested either both of us were greatly disappointed and will not go back to that first choice.

My husband has been going to the Manotick first choice Haircutters for 12 years. The person that cuts my husbands hair was not there. He thought he give a new person a try, she was the manager of the Manotick establishment there. Unfortunately he had a very bad experience. Being the manager, she was rude and abrupt and did not know much about cutting older men's hair. They need a new Manager. Where is Lana?

I tried to do a walk in on several occasions and it seems that there is always an extremely long wait time and only two cutters at any given time.
