My parcel was shipped Nov 30 and has yet to arrive Dec 17. I get they have an increase of packages, but it sat in Etobicoke from Dec 5 to Dec 12 saying due to inclement weather and then finally to be sent to the London sorting facility on Dec 12 until present day Dec 17 and still has not been delivered and it is in the city where it is to be delivered to. I have spent over 6 hours on hold (either by phone or chat) trying to get a hold of someone to see what is going on. Will not recommend.
Shipped a one lb package from Windsor, ON to Tillsonburg, ON (2 hrs away), was told it would be a one day delivery. Package delayed for one day due to inclement weather but now it's been 3 days. Tens of thousands of cars are on the roads but not Purolator. Very dissatisfied.
Excellent customer service even though I missed my delivery the tracking was impressive and so was customer service. I would recommend this delivery company to all who need a package delivered or picked up. I ordered my package on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday WOW great customer service. This company rock's!!!!
Replacement projector made it from San Diego here to London Ontario 1n 12 hours, but now going on 4th business day with no delivery, despite being in destination city. I know things have slowed by pandemic, but your depot is literally blocks away. I am going to be charged the full retail price of the projector if the original is not shipped back in 5 business days which I will not make now. Thanks Purolator. That you are 91% owned by Canada Post, does not surprise me at all...
Worst. Only attempted once during business hours and only got notice a few hours before hand. Thanks, but most of us work during the day and you only hold for 5 days. Seriously. Worst service of all time, why even bother being in the delivery business. Just fold.
Completely disappointed with Purolator. Waited on line for 30 min (TWICE) **finally got an Agent - she listened to my issue than put me BACK on HOLD for another 10 min when I finally hung up. Omitted my Physical Address - and only included my PO BOX (Item was a tiny package that would have fit in my mailbox) as I wanted the POST MASTER to hold my parcel. Email sent sighting incomplete address.. reply option with a response time of 2 B-Days. ALL OTHER COMPANIES HOLD AT PO BOXES - YOU SHOULD TOO.
promised by noon tues jan 10 and is now 3.30 pm and no package ......useless to call customer service as they lie to cover up.....should have to refund shipping if cannot live to promises......
