If i could give 0 stars i would just ignorant bouncers overall and i know ooo drink kids but in my scenario this wasnt the case i was Designated Driver getting physically thrown out the back not allowed back in, in the middle of winter terrible service
horrible service, charged for 4 pitchers when we only had 3(was never refunded), server forgot most of the order(and rarely came by our table). I won't be returning, ever. called a few times to speak to a manager, but nobody ever answers the phone.

This place is the total package, the wings were the best in London and they were dirt cheap too. The waitresses were knock outs and very friendly and seemed happy to be there. The Beer was cheap and always cold and served in frosted glasses which made it that much better. I go there often and I will continue to do so. I would also like to add the music was the perfect volume and the women were all beautiful.

This place rocks. The food is the regular stuff you find at a pub but its crazy in here. The staff is nice the service is good, and the location is perfect. With a similar bar next door they have still managed to drag in people from everywhere. There are more bathrooms then Jim Bobs, thus less waiting (for everything) the 2 floors playing different music is a huge plus, as its easier to bring different people. I say go, and if your not a huge crowd lover like myself just dont go on the super busy nights.
This place is the best bar in the city in my humble opinion, the waitresses are nice and have a good time, the beer is always cold and its a really laid back enviromnent. The live musice on the second floor is icing on the cake and I should mention they have the best looking waitresses in London, I don't eat when I go there but my friends tell me the food is good.

The food was pretty average for a bar and grill type of restaurant, nothing too spectactular. The service was lacking greatly considering we were served our dinner before our drinks. But the atmosphere was great to kick back and catch up with friends. Probably a better place to go and relax than to have a fine dining experience.

i was actually very impressed with the food i had at jacks. i wasn't expecting much however the nachos were very tasty and good value with lots of toppings. ofcourse the service was terrible but it's to be expected in this type of venue. i was just happy we even got the food.
