Bayhill Homes builder has behavioral issues. Entire neighborhoods, his realtor and lawyer will vouch for my words. Quality of construction is below average. I bought home from him and immidiately noticed that quality of work was extremely mediocre.Soft close kitchen cabinets wont close properly.floor is already squeaking. Huge drafts in windows and main door. All chalking used in kitchen and laundry is dried. Garage door makes noise and uneven backyard which he did himself to cut the costs.
