Specs Appeal

Terrible quality, not the same as it was. I brought Mom up from Toronto to go here as I live in Kitcher. Bought 3 pairs. First 2 were picked up. Third pair we pick up, they were not the correct perscription, seocnd time lens was chipped they arrive. The 2 she had, one kept seperating.. had to be remade... Terrible.. she was offered 50.00 for her trouble... after I asked. Now.. another pairnhas broken.. lets see how long it takes to get these fixed.

I have been going to Specs Appeal since they opened in their original location on King Street in Kitchener. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The product range is extensive and i have always been able to find exactly what i needed over the years. Never found a reason to shop elsewhere.
