    Poor Customer Service

    I am currently going through the same frustrating process - customer service is non-existent. I have left several voicemails and sent several emails with no response. Must not want the business.

    Redeeming Groupon for Olympic Clean Air Solutions

    We recently purchased a groupon in early November to use their service. When we went to book an appt we were unable to get anyone on the phone and their voicemail didn't take any messages. I have sent them two e-mail messages as well and haven't heard a response in over a week. It would be nice if we could redeem the groupon or at least get our money back so we could go somewhere else. My star rating for Olympic Clean Air Solutions would be 0 but 0 isn't a option.
