Mike as an owner only knows a little bit about painting he is not a professional painter he does lousy work him self in his rental units & painting homes. Good people & professional painters do not want to work for him for very long sometimes he treats workers like crap because of silly issues that are his own sometime he treats workers well but only sometimes.
