I just picked up a Ford Fusion SE for my wife and I am very happy we did. It was my first time buying a Ford. My salesman Andrew Nogueira really knows his Ford's and was very accommodating to let me test drive any vehicle I wanted to while explaining things I would have never have known about the vehicles, great experience!

I brought my vehicle in a few months ago. Then again a few weeks ago. The first time they wanted 600 to replace my tone ring and said my back bearings needed to be done. Then my steering went. They wanted 1500 to replace the steering column. I was going to trade it in and they low balled me and then tried to sell me a vehicle that is listed at 6000 cheaper at other dealerships. The owner of this dealwrship.is unprofessional. He contacted me from his personal facebook. He also called my husband yelling and and he said mean things about me. I took my car for a second opinion and paid less than half to have the steering fixed because the column did not need replacing and neither did my tone ring or bearings.
