Although not currently a customer, the staff at Petrie Ford assisted me when my car had an issue and I couldn’t make it my own dealer. I passed on my appreciation to the Manager and was contacted quickly. From my experience, this is a very well run business with friendly, helpful staff.

I actually went to service department when I was in Kingston to discuss the issue with my Ford, and made an appointment. I brought the car back today, and guess what? I’m being told the service tech who was to work on my vehicle decided four days ago he was going on a holiday, and that meant he could not fix my car. Did Petrie Ford call me? Of course not! They made me show up for the scheduled appointment to tell I came to the dealership for nothing. Totally inconsiderate.

Top Notch service in all aspects!! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff made my vehicle purchase a memorable experience. Shameful customer service. When You make a big purchase from a dealer you hope they will try help you in the future if there's ever a problem. We negotiated a long distance deal over the phone and when we got there the vehicle was not as described. The sales manger solution was take it or leave it, knowing that we had traveled 4 hours to buy the car.
