Key Coding Policy All keys that are given to Elite Custom Cleaning for any type of client are labelled with a client number and not the name of your business, person, address or phone number. This ensures that if they are misplaced they can not be used by anyone else.

Contracts Elite Custom Cleaning does not force clients to sign contracts however we do prepare a Janitorial Plan designed with your cleaning needs as well as the pricing structure based on those needs. A copy will be provided to you on or before the first day of work. Any changes will be discussed and the Janitorial Plan along with the price can be altered at any time that changes are made. Pricing Structure All cleanings are priced at a flat rate to complete the job. We do not charge an hourly rate; we set a fixed price for individual cleanings based on the amount of work to be completed at each cleaning. Payments and Invoicing Elite Custom Cleaning will send an invoice to you at the end of each month unless requested to coincide with your accounts payable structure.
