Linwood Management

While I recognize there can be difficult tenants and those who do not pay their rent, I am not one of them having paid the rent and water bill on time for 7 years. Also, I have maintained the property on the outside. Tha Superintendent is the most rude, useless individual I have met in the business. As a former President of a 1000 resident Condo, I speak from experience. There is not a single resident I have spoken to has a kind word to say about him. His Assistant Handyman is polite and helpful

Terrible company! Income over 50k not good enough for them.

Do not rent from this company huron park or any of the properties this shady company offers. I have seen in my neighborhood how this ruthless organization really is to the residents. Soccer parks shut down local teams told to go away. Upkeep of the Houses is non existent. Rude employees, office closed on days when rent is due water and sewage bills sent late by linwood then get dinged for late payment. They have kick out a majority of the tennants that were grandfathered in.. Zero star rating.
