Bowman Fuels Ltd Petro-Canada - Petro-Pass Truck Stop

After 12 years of being a customer I decided to switch from oil to propane gas heating. I asked Bowman fuel ( Daryl) to pump balance of fuel out of my tank, about half a tank, and he said he would charge me for it, and that was fine with me, but ONLY if i would rent a propane tank from them and continue baying fuel from them. Otherwise, he wont do it. Very surprised by that kind of answer and lack of service to a customer that spent years with Bowman. I would not recommend Bowman as a supplier.

Continuing the tradition

This Bowman fuels company took over the Penetang area this year from Tim Stewart Petro Canada and I was a little nervous as I had been with Tim for many years. In fact I admit I thought about going somewhere else...but I have to say that they have gone above and beyond to keep me as their customer. I am glad that they are continuing the tradition of excellent customer service that Stewarts was known for in Penetanguishene. Happy Retirement Tim !! Marie

Finally a good provider

i dont usually write reviews but Bowmans is awesome and this is one that needed to be done. I get so fed up with utility and service providers that cant remember the details of your account and work out of some big corporate office somewhere and dont care nothin about your needs only gettin the money!!! I live in Midland Ontario They worked with me evry step of the way and made sure I got my oil on time and even called after to see if there was anything else they could do to make sure i was happy with the service !!! and the kicker is they were cheaper then the last company i got my oil with!! if some other companies would trhink like that and care about there customers maybe the economy woudlnt be in such rough shape. No Worries

Again this year we are depending on Bowman Fuels to look after our furnace oil delivery to the cottage. As we head south for the warmer weather for a few months, we go without the worry of running out of fuel. Thank you again Bowman Fuels for your great service and see you in the spring.

Don't know customer service

After 10 years with this company, they still didn't know me, respect my business or offer me any loyalty for the amount of time I was with them. Didn't care about my business and it showed, didn't even follow up with a call or anything for almost a year when I left them to go to another company. Sad.
