Hired to rough in plumbing; failed to complete supply/drain roughs for 4 fixtures. Remainder of work = 3 weeks late. Alamo's work sprung a leak one month after they finished. Would not return to fix it. Cost $200 extra. Workers dented my A/C unit and a shop vac went missing. They ignore complaints and post fake reviews.
Had Alamo in for an emergency repair. They were busy but fit us in as soon as they could. Solid work. We were able to get back to normal that evening. Wife is happy and so am I. Will call them again.
Alamo was great setting up our service call. They sent Al to us the same day and he provided a really reasonable rate to complete the repair - they didn't charge me by the hour! He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. We would use Alamo again.
We subcontract our commercial plumbing services to Alamo Plumbing for over 8 years now, I would like to say they have an excellent team of experts, with fair honest pricing and always turn there services calls over within 60 minutes. Can't say much more than we're ecstatic and you guys will always be our #1 plumbing subcontractor. Thanks Alamo!!!!
Ive used several plumbers in the past and let me tell you that Alamo has been the best yet!!!! Reading other reviews from past customers some of them arent realistic and not fair to the social media world. But once again Aryan thanks for the great work and the affordable pricing. These guys were a no show to my 8-10am appointment. To make this work I had to come in late to work which would not be a big deal if the job got done. It didn't and instead wasted my time.
We've had several sewer back ups over the years and had another company come year after to year to snake our line. We were a little concerned that there had been a extreme problem that we were never notified about. My husband and i thought we would call and experiment a Local Plumber such as Alamo. First the technician arrived within 45 minutes and i was told 60 to 90....very impressive. Mark was able to snake our line, complete and video inspection and locate our sewer within 45 minutes....i didn't think we couldn't have picked a more efficient company. It took 5 years of problems to determine that our sewer was collapsed, and find find the right company for the job. These guys were her March 25 to clear my sewer, back on March 26 with all there heavy equipment to put my new sewer in. Im am so pleased with the dispatcher, technicians and MOST IMPORTANTLY the company. My grass, dirt and driveway was impeccable. Couldn't even tell these were here! Thanks again Alamo! Ill recommend you to all my friends and family.
Dug with a machine bigger than needed.
Severed water, phone and a sewer line unintentionally.
Did not back fill properly and then charge extra $500 to bring in stone to fill the hole.
Left gouges and scrapes all over concrete driveway from boxes and machinery.
No cleanup or replacement of destroyed yard.
Please do some research and save yourself lots of problems and money. I do have plumbing that works, but not worth the problems and extras I have to pay to replace.
My first experience did not go so well but the way they acted to communicate with me and solve the problem was more than sufficient for me to say I would give them another chance. After all sometimes it is not the problem but the way it was handled that makes the difference. They did a good job of again making me a happy customer.
I thought I could do this one on my own, i was totally wrong. I Called Alamo Plumbing & Heating Inc.on May 18 at 9:20 am, and your technician was here and gone by 11:35am. Everything was great, fast, curtious and professional. My wife is real happy , she no longer has a piece of pipe running into the laundry tub for a tub drain. I thought it worked o.k. Thanks for everything. I don't have to sleep in the dog house tonight. Dave
The service was fast, the technician was very knowledgable, and gave me options to work with. He explained things to me and did a very professional and aesthetically pleasing job. I would recommend Alamo to anyone needing plumbing service!
