Terrible service. Had windows tinted there 3 years ago and they lost my keys. Despite calling numerous times over a 3 year span I never ever received a call back despite being told they will look into it and get back to me. Now they are refusing outright to make me a new set and are telling me it would cost $450. Hmm 450$ for a mistake they made? Doesn’t seem right. Don’t recommend dealing with them.
.This company does not accommodate those with disabilities specifically the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. All communication must be face to face for me to read lips. Every staff member I encountered (even after explaining my disability) neglected my request to meet my needs of accommodations to my permanent, life long disability. How do you expect me to trust you, your “professional” advice,as well as your service if you are unable to give me the BASIC accommodation a person of my disability need?
