I always rent from this location for business and leisure and Sohaib makes it easy for me from start to finish. He is incredibly helpful, always reasonable on from a pricing standpoint, and has never failed me, no matter how unique my rental requirements are. They will continue to get my service for years to come.
HORRIBLE customer service. They will never get our business again. AVOID, especially when there are several car rental companies within that block on Main Street East. Budget and AVIS should not even be considered unless they get a new front end agent/operator.
I don't what the business is like but their app on here is garbage as far as I am concerned. Does not tell you what kind of vehicles they have nor the price. Not much of a help
