My order was dropped. The order number went from the in process column to the being served column, then disappeared immediately. They made it up for me, then tried to blame a customer saying someone else picked up the order. How could that be when the order number was never called???
The last 2 times I have been to this location were absolutely terrible. First time, 2 coffee & muffin deals. The muffins were rock hard/inedible & the coffee was full of grounds. We were heading out of town but I called with no answer/returned phone call.
Second time, 2 CBO combos & poutine. There was a drop of sauce & maybe 5 onion crisps on sandwiches. You think for a promo sandwich they would spend an extra 2 seconds to make it well. One poutine was good, but I'm fairly confident the second one had absolutely no gravy on it.
Overall disappointing experiences & I doubt we'll be back, but I'm sure our waistlines will thank us!
