Our father died October 1. Finally on November 4 my brother had to go see him on a Sunday. Did all the paperwork. A month later he called to see what we were doing with the estate. Forgetting that all had been discussed and probate was to be started ASAP. He now needs to meet up on Christmas Eve as he’s lost all the paperwork and Probate has not been started. Terrible. Just terrible.
