Place is well maintained and the fees are low. I think people give bad reviews when they dont get what they want.

As a director of a residential co-tenancy in Ottawa, I can honestly state that the service provided by Premier Property Management is sub-par. Emails and telephone calls remain unanswered for months on end. In my opinion, their services are not in keeping with their exorbitant rates.
