GTA Mini Bin is a Big Fat Scam

Be alert and stay away from GTA Mini Bins Scam! My garbage was well under 1 ton and I trusted their posted rate of $89 for bin and $89 per ton charge! I was asked to e-transfer $500 as deposit. After bin removal and after sending several emails, they sent me a $430 bill for 3.5 Ton! I asked for weight ticket and refund of my deposit. None of my emails were responded. Called them several times and each time I was told the refund and ticket delayed because their accountant has family issue!

Do not deal with this company. I have refund owing to me Called multi times but they give you the run around. One excuse was accountant is dealing with personal issues..really???

We emailed and called Sunday August 14/17, for a bin for today's delivery, Monday . Not all of their contact numbers worked, finally got someone who promised the bin for today, Monday. After we were promised on Sunday, we assumed it was late and called again today at 12:30. We were told it would be there at 1 pm. Called back 2;15, and no record of the order. We were told supervisor would call, half hour later receptionist calls back...sorry but no bin. Called another company!
