Leons Fine Cars

Dave/David at Leons Fine Autos WAS the worst person I ever dealt with. So rude and I make BOLD to say that, hes the WORST person anyone should deal with. I bought a 2016 Grey Toyota Venza last Friday (January 29, 2021) and the car broke down at the gas station next to Leons. I called to inform Dave/David but he felt so unconcerned, rather he was asking me how I got his phone number. He asked me to sort myself out in freezing cold weather. Terrible guy.

LEONS FINE CARS; is a absolutely amazing organization (dealership) with honest professionals that take care of their clients with quality essential services ; patient personnel who pay attention to detail. I know From purchasing a FINE “machine” from here for a reasonable price. Thanks Reza & Leon’s Fine Cars.

Half a month ago I bought a used car from Leons Fine Cars. I am not satisfied that they promised to contact the previous car owner to get another car key, and I never heard from them till now. ---One week after I wrote the above review and rated them 3-star, I still did not receive any response from them. I called them again and again and finally they answered, and threatened me to delete my 3-star review before they can send me the key. For such an awful service I changed to rate 1-star.

I bought used CRV...

I bought used CRV from leon's. they gave warranty for 1 month. within 10 days I contacted them, about a problem with the ignition that was there from the start. the car dealer, offered to get an electrician to fix the ignition. he never got anyone, and at the end, of the warranty month, he tells me that this is not covered with warranty .... this is bad customer service, lack of honesty, and a tortous way of escaping obligations towards clients who put trust in that dealer.
