Today was just ok
Usually love the visit. Tonight at dinner however... it was just average.
Waiter was great.. it was fast. But my meal was disappointing. The steak on a kaiser, while the taste was ok... it was blah. It was a bun... with a thin layer of meat, cut in half. The fries were cold and overcooked. No pickle, no garnish, no grilled onions as advertised...My 2 yr old grandsons fingers & fries were hot and he got a side of slaw
A kitchen issue... But servers should catch it.
The menu has variety. Portions are large so go hungry. The price is reasonable and the service is pretty good. The food is served hot and with a smile.
I want to like this restaurant because I live in the area but unfortunately it reminds me of hospital food.
Service and staff on the few times I have been there are very nice. Restaurant is clean and has so much wasted potential.
You would think in a small town you would get friendly quick service...oh well....sorry to bother you but I am paying for meal and you are working.

Big Cold Room....over priced food..careful what you order everything is extra.....
a good family restaurant, with good homecooked food and great soups....The specials are worth ordering and the staff friendly....very busy at breakfast, and large portions

Wait staff is extremely friendly and sweet! Every visit is wonderful. My 3 yr old loves to look at all the tractors in the back window! Definitely a place to try!
Nothing fancy. Caters to farmers, truckers and locals as well as tourists. Consistently okay food. Portions are reasonable as are prices. Very good homemade soup and the Club Sandwiches are famous. The service is usually quite good although Sunday morning breakfast can be quite busy. Very clean. Excellent family restaurant.
Service is bad. Prices are high. Not very clean, and wait for such a long time on the lunch weekend time.
Food is fast food, and nothing special. Specials are never posted, if so then it's "Yesterdays"
I think there are other places in Erin that are better, or go to Guelph.
