I came in with a sick Mac and was told it may take a day or two to fix.
I got a call a few hours later and was told my hard drive had failed. The caller assured me that they would do everything to try and preserve my data but I should get a solid state hard drive as it would be more reliable and faster so I said why not?
I got my computer the same day and wow it is so fast. It comes on after about 10-20 seconds after hitting the power button.

Disappointing Service
I understand there to be delays when trouble shooting problems are. I can understand and sympathize when these challenges can lead one to be frustrated. I am however very perplexed when this leads to threats (e.g. "I will hang up on you the next time you call this store."). I'm shocked when the threats are execute and I'm most disappointed when the I confront the owner and there's no explanation or apology. Shame on ClickOn!
