Nice technician, bad service. Was unable to repair the unit and also failed to show up for 3 separate scheduled appointments. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff and manager! Quoted one week for them to return and fix our appliance and its been almost 2 months that we have been left with a broken appliance because they can't get their act together! They don't return calls, or call back when they say they will with an update on parts or when they will return to fix. They even went as far as booking a time to come back and cancelled the morning of because they didn't have the part... Why waste my time and book an appointment?! Will never use or recommend this company!!
