Horrible experience with this company! Terrible communication - we gave him a sizeable cash deposit and he's left us a month later with missing kitchen cabinets, no door handles, no trim, no kick plates, no closet or window seats we paid for!!!! He doesn't return texts or calls. We even tried to reach him via email and no response! Beware read the other reviews and talk to other contractors they all run in the same circle and will warn you about him!!!!

We put down a sizeable deposit and signed a contract with Custom Cabinet Concepts. He promised to bring samples two days later. Cabinetry installation was to take place in 4 weeks. The samples were not brought and our calls were not returned. It was now two weeks until installation and we had not seen a single sample or heard back from the company. We asked for our deposit to be returned and was promised our money in three days. 5 days later with no money and lots of excuses.
