    I sent a parcel to us on Feb 22. Up till now I cant trace my mail. Although Iam on the phone for several hours. And all the time I get some lame excuses. They tell me that the mail has been proceeded, but they havent uupdated the information, and had some uncontrollable circumstances. Sounds very fishy.

    PARCEL IS SITTING IN CONCORD SINCE MAY 18,2020. DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH IT. WORST SERVICE. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.

    Worst courier service Ive had to deal with. My package has been sitting at the Concord facility since May 4th. Was told it would be delivered May 6th but never showed up. Called this morning and said it was on the truck to be delivered, but checking the UPS website its still sitting in the warehouse....so the Customer Service Rep basically lied. This is a complete joke and UPS should be ashamed of themselves for such horrible service.

    Dishonest, unprofessional and exist just to piss off their customers. We were home the entire time due to social distancing and the Covid 19 but frigging driver did not have the courtesy to ring the bell, despite having 2 cars parked on the driveway. Rather just left a note and then after 3 times, shipped to a UPS Customer Centre that is 30km across town when theres an UPS local office 1km from my home.

    ZeroStars! If you want to go to a depot that actually has ZERO care or concern for its customers go here! This was the worst experience. Took the time to drive my packages to the depot so that I could cut time off of the delivery date of my package. They did not check the packages in and literally delayed them over the weekend for no reason. OVERPRICED SERVICES AND UNDERVALUED CUSTOMERS WITH UPS HERE. Good luck dealing with any issues locally. You will automatically be routed to the Philippines.

    No stars should be given to UPS. I’ve had so many issues. I’m owned a refund of over $150 for an incomplete delivery and it has been 2 months. The custemoer service is horrible. There were only two people I would say that do not deserve to be mixed up in these reviews. They were pleasant. But everyone else seems to be ignorant and cold hearted. When I asked before hand if there was a fee on a delivery to be picked up, I was told no, when I went to pick it up I was charged $20. No cash FYI!

    The worst delivery company with inappropriate and dishonest business practice. They did not deliver my package, but lied and cheated about three unsuccessful delivery attempts. I was available all the time, but they never showed up and never left any delivery slip or any other proof of delivery. Scammers! Also they have terrible and unprofessional customer support.

    Every time I get a status update my packages I never arrive on the dates that state. Or I receive part of a shipment that the company I ordered from shows both items being shipped at the same time. This happened in the past. Im frustrated and wont order from any more companies that use UPS.
