I am on a lot of drugs, my meds are rarely ready. Placed a phone order and went in and they weren't ready. Requested them to be delivered when they were. Weren't delivered, store service didn't update for delivery. Next phone order, weren't ready, went on vacation, came back, still weren't ready after 2 weeks. They never have enough to fill my order so it just sits there. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they have delivery and they are good on coordination of benefits.
This is my second negative review. You can read the first on their site. Today, I explained that I had left half my sleeping meds down at a friends place. They would not give a repeat even though one existed = 13 days to go. Fair enough. my doctor would be contacted on Monday. I asked for a few pills until then. I got home to discover they gave me TWO. This is Friday, if they got a reply back from my doctor on Monday - that represents THREE days. Why not give me four?
