    Stay away !!! Go...

    Stay away !!! Go to another wind store. Worst customer service. The manager Fezor was rude, unprofessional and made simple mistakes. After 4 hours of speaking on the phone with customer service Fezor finally replaced my phone I was entitled to. Instead he waited me waited me out and after my 15 days he said he couldnt do anything now. Save the headache and visit a store with more compitant workers

    Today I was in wi...

    Today I was in wind mobile on 1045 Elgin street. I went in to ask a simple question and in which I was refused. The whole entire time the associate who was working the shift today was very rude and disrespectful. When I first walked in he had his feet up and was on his phone. I had to literally walk in front of him. He told me to go to another place to get want I wanted done! He was working today. He even had another customer and ignored him too. I don't remember the name I want him reported.
