My husband and I are from out of town and came to Burlington for the day to shop. This restaurant came highly recommended so we thought we would give it a try. I would have to say the hilight of the joint was the waitress. She was very pleasant, friendly, accomodating, and always topping up the broken down coffee. When our breakfast was given to us, we were presented with a cardiac arrest special. Never in my entire life have I seen the toast act as a sponge, soaking up the grease from the eggs and meat. The coffee was so watered down, it was like the previous filter was still left in there and pressed the starter again for another pot. The pancakes were raw. I understand what a greasy spoon is, but there is a difference between a greasy spoon and a greasy buffet of carnage. I don't know what strikes this place so fancy, but the cleanliness is below hygenic and the food was so unedible.
