THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL. They ended up installing my upgraded RAM incorrectly paired so this caused memory issues and now I have to have it replaced again by someone else. I called to see if creative technology could refund me since its wrong and they were so rude and short with me about it and only said they would have to see the computer to diagnose it and fix it. "Fix it" proving they made a mistake. I WILL NOT TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN!! Now I have to pay someone else to fix it and they are cheaper
I will start with a little background. I left my computer for an upgrade in Sept, and then lost my job. The repairs were going to cost about 500. Obviously I didnt have the money. Finally (Feb 3rd) I was able to pick up my computer, and they "recycled it". There are no words. Being a single unemployed mother I can not afford a new computer, and now I have nothing. The 411 on the fact that you were going to trash my computer would have been nice. I am so angry, and i suspect that this is not the first time this has happened. Don't ever shop here.
