I called and it rang forever, when the lady answered I asked her questions about what I was looking for she told me to go on Youtube abd get educated on what I want before going to the store. Also she said she isnt supposed to recommend anything and isnt sure what shes supposed to do! She apparently isnt educated for that job! Not spending my money here!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I have tried calling for the past 5 hours and no answer. I call them 20 minutes before their store closes and a lady answers the phone then hangs up on me mid sentence. I then, try and call back and I get forwarded to voicemail. Will NOT be spending my money here and will find somewhere else to shop who values good customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Simply went on looking for hair extensions, Drove 45 minutes just to get to this store! The women working not only were to busy talking to each other about customers who had come, but didn't bother acknowledge I was there. They proceeded with their unprofessionalism by getting agitated when I asked questions about their extensions that they were selling. I walked around for half an hour googling the questions I needed because no service was given to me! Multiple customers who came in after me also receive the same treatment! It was simply the worst customer service I have ever received from any place I've ever shopped! To say the least I will not be spending any of my money nor will I recommend this place To any of my friends when they are looking to shop for hair products.
