I visit this branch on july22,2020. They refuse to deposit my certified cheque.manager and indidan employee told me your cheque will be on hold for 5 business days because your home branch is not with us. They told me to go to my home branch at bramalea city center. I was so surprised by their behavior as i told them i pay 40$ to rbc to certify the cheque. My request to all is to avoid this branch if your home branch is different.
